摘要
军事规则是指在作战模拟系统中,模拟的指挥实体和作战兵力实体在执行特定的作战任务时,为进行合理的决策或对自身行为进行合理的控制,所依据的结构化的军事原则。论文首先论证了建立作战模拟系统军事规则体系的必要性,指出只有依据合理的军事规则,在相同的态势下,模拟的指挥实体和作战兵力实体才能像其相应的真实世界实体一样做出及时合理的反应,以产生可信的模拟行为和结果。其次论述了这一军事规则体系应具备格式化、场景化、规范化、可扩充等若干特征。最后提出了建立这一基于场景的军事规则体系的基本方法,并给出一个简单的示例。
Military formulae are those structured military principles according to which simulated command entities in warfare simulation systems make reasonable decisions, and the simulated operational force entities control there own behaviors reasonably during the course of the execution of specific operational tasks. This paper introduces a methodology on how to establish a set of military formulae, according to which those simulated command entities and operational force entities would react to particular synthetic situations in the simulation as their corresponding simulands do in real world under the same situations, thus producing credible simulation behaviors and results, and discusses the necessity of resolving this problem and some features the set of military formulae should have as well.
