肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体及其在骨髓增生异常综合征和白血病方面的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是TNF超家族新成员,它可以选择性诱导肿瘤 细胞凋亡,而对正常细胞无毒性作用,这种特性使其可能在肿瘤治疗中发挥巨大潜力。本文就TRAIL及其 在骨髓增生异常综合征和白血病方面的研究进展作一综述。
