摘要
天然产品峰龄胶囊采用湿法[HNO3+HClO4(9+4)]消化,HGAFS分析其微量硒的含量,其线性范围为0.00～0.25mg/L,检出限为8.64×10-4mg/L,RSD<4%,回收率在98.2%～99.6%.
Feng Ling capsules,inartificial product,are digested by HNO_3HClO_4 (9∶4).Micro selenium in it is determined by hydride generationatomic fluorescence spectrometry.The linear range is( 0.00)~0.25 mg/L,the detection limit of selenium is 8.64 ×10^(-4) mg/L and relative standard deviation is lower than 4%.The recovery is 98.2%~99.6%.
