摘要
在分析潜在情报需求含义的基础上,阐述在网络环境下潜在情报需求形成的原因和呈现出的新特点,进而提出促使潜在情报需求转化为现实情报需求的设想。
Based on the analysis of the concept of potential information demands, this paper discusses the reasons for the formation of potential information demands under the networked environment and their new characteristics, and then offers some opinions about the transfer from potential information demands to actual information demands.
