动态电价下混联水电站群运营方式研究

摘要 随着发电侧电力市场的开放和"厂网分开、竞价上网"的实施,具有峰谷电价意义的动态电价必将取代单一的电价体制.从发电侧角度,研究在给出一种动态上网电价模式时,利用创建的基于动态电价的混联水电站群优化调度多维动态规划模型来寻求收入最大的调度策略. With the opening of generating-side power market and the separation of power plants and power networks and the implementation of electricity price bidding, the single electricity price system will inevitably be replaced by the dynamic electricity price system that is characterized by peak and valley prices. From the viewpoint of the generating-side, how to seek the dispatching strategy that has the maximum income in the optimization dispatching of a mixed hydropower station group, is studied by using the multi-dimensional dynamic programming model based on dynamic electricity price when given a dynamic electricity price pattern.
