摘要
对苏州河水体及底泥中微生物功能群落的数量分布以及与主要环境因素的相关性进行了调查.结果表明:苏州河底泥中微生物的功能群落数量从上游赵屯到下游浙江路桥,随污染程度的增加有增加的趋势.水体中微生物的数量与营养盐的含量密切相关,其中总异养菌与BOD_5的相关性r为0.737,磷细菌与TP的相关性r为0.914,氨化菌与TN,NH_3-N的相关性r分别为0.862,0.871,反硝化菌与NO_3-N,NO_2-N的相关性r分别为—0.242,—0.226.
The distribution of functional groups of microorganisms in the sediment of Suzhou Creek and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main enviromental factors were studied. The results showed that the microbial number in the sediment increased by the pollution from Zhaotun to Zhejiang luqiao. The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients were found. The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and BOD5 was 0. 737. The correlation between phosphate bacteria and TP was 0. 914 . The correlations between aminate bacteia and TN,NH3-N were 0. 862, 0. 871, respectively. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and NO3-N,NO2-N were -0. 242 , -0. 226.
