脉络宁对光化学诱发大鼠脑梗死后神经细胞的保护 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨脉络宁对光化学诱发大鼠脑梗死后大脑皮质神经细胞的保护作用。方法:使用光化学诱发大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,用透射电镜观察脉络宁给药前后大鼠皮质神经细胞形态变化。结果:脑梗死6 h后出现多突起的暗神经细胞,至脑梗死9h暗神经细胞数量增多。单纯脑梗死组多突起暗神经细胞线粒体嵴断裂,并有空泡化,脉络宁治疗组起暗神经细胞内线粒体破坏较轻。结论:脉络宁对脑梗死后半影区的普通神经细胞和暗神经细胞有明显保护作用。 Objective: To explore the protective effects of Mailuoning on nervous cells in cerebral cortex after photocheroically induced cerebral infarction. Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia induced by photochemistry in adult rats was used as a model. Transmission electron microscope was used to examine morphologic changes of nervous cells in cerebral cortex in adult rats before and after the treatment by Mailuoning. Results: Dark nervous cells were located in the transitional zone from 6 to 9 hours and the mean number of dark nervous cells increased sharply after cerebral infraction. The breaking of mitochondrial matrix of dark nervous cells was severe in the transitional zone in Mailuoning treatment group after cerebral infraction. Conclusion: Mailuoning has significant protective effects on normal nervous cells and dark nervous cells in the penumbra after cerebral infarction.
