摘要
近二三十年来,以信息产业为代表的高新科技产业的迅速发展和经济全球化给世界经济和全球金融市场带来了巨大变化。金融日益全球化、自由化、电子化、网络化、金融市场呈现一体化趋势。为适应这种发展和变化,以美国为首的西方各国均在不断进行各类金融创新,改革传统的经营模式,发展混业经营,使混业经营成为当前全球金融业发展的主流趋势。我国已经加入WTO,中国金融业今后如何应对混业经营的热潮,本文对此进行了探讨。
World econormy and global financial market have changed a lot with the Hi - Tech develop ment, which advanced by information industry great, and economic globalization for recent 20 to 30 years, Financial market has been growing trend towards globalization, liberalization, electronic, network and inte gration. To keep pace with it, the westerns headed by United States are exploiting wide array of financial in novations and make hybrid management for leading position in the development of world financial industry, by means of reforming traditional manage model. In this article, the author studied how China' s financial in dustry to deal with the rush of hybrid management in future as now a WTO member.
