摘要
对用聚合物基复合材料ZW-1制作的蜗轮传动性能进行了试验研究,分析了ZW-1材料蜗轮传劝润滑机理,运用MQ-800四球摩擦试验机和KYKY-1000型扫描电镜研究ZW-1材料的摩擦、磨损。结果表明:ZW-1材料蜗轮具有好的减摩、耐磨性,可替代锡青铜蜗轮。这一成果具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
Transmission performance of worm gear transmission Type ZW-1 of the fiber reinforced polymer composite material are experimentally studied and its lubrication mechanism dealt with. Its friction and wear is studied with friction tester Types MQ-800 and scanning electron microscope. Experimental results show that the worm gear transmission Type ZW-1 will replace Type ZQSn 10-1. The result is of theoretical and practical value.
