摘要
为实现企业经营机制的转换,增强企业活力所进行的一系列配套改革中,一个重要方面就是要积极推行劳动工资的三项制度的改革。而三项制度改革的核心就是要不断提高企业各类人员的素质。本文在讨论人员素质结构体系与测评方法的基础上,进行模糊聚类分析。
An important aspect in the reform of transforming administration mechanism and enhancing enterprise vigour is to reform the three labour wage systems. The key is to raise the personnel quality of the enterprises. On the basis of the discussion of venous kind of personnel quality structural system and its evaluation methods, the authors make fuzzy-classification analysis, and thus prociding basis for the decision of personnel management by the cadres at all levels in the enterprises.
