摘要
水分胁迫条件下,水稻叶片光合速率的下降是由于气孔效应和非气孔效应共同作用的结果。非气孔效应则是RuBisco活性及RuBP再生速率下降所致,同时由于光合电子传递受抑而影响了光合磷酸化的正常运转。
The mechanism of reduction in photosynthesis in rice leaves was studied by CO_2 exchange method. The results showed that the reduction in photosynthetic rate in rice leaves under water stress was due to the combining effects of both stomatal and non-stomatal factors. The non-stomatal effects resulted from the reductions in RuBiSco activity, RuBP regenerating rate, and photosynthetic electron transport rate which inhibited activity of photophosphorylation.
