摘要
踏跳技术在完整的跳远技术中处于承前启后的关键地位,起跳效果的优劣,在很大程度上决定着跳远成绩.而起跳腾起角及垂直速度较小是我国跳远运动水平继续提高的一个重要障碍.运用数理统计法,对世界和中国不同等级优秀运动员踏跳过程影响跳远成绩的因素进行分析,为科学认识踏跳技术实质和跳远教学训练提供一个新思路.
In the article the author believes that board landing and jumping technique of long jump played a key role in long jump, and the jumping effect decides the final results to a large content. Based on the material the author collected ,the author finds out that the relative small angle of taking off and slow vertical velocity may be the main obstacle influencing the promotion of long jump. By applying statistics method, the author analyzes the factors affecting the achievement of jumpers home and abroad, and provides a referential cognition for long jump teaching and training.
