摘要
现代基础理论研究早已揭示,人体肌肉做近固定工作和远固定工作时明显地存在着生物力学特征上的差异。但在运动实践中,如何利用这种差异提高动作速度的训练效果却未见报道。为此,作者选择了上肢前伸的动作速度为实验内容,以肌肉不同固定方式的练习观察了动作速度训练效果的差异。结果表明,肌肉远近固定方式的组合练习比单一固定方式的练习能更有效地提高动作速度。结果还显示,组合练习在持续训练过程中对提高"中位"速度有着更重要的意义。
The study of modern basic theory reveals that there are obvious biomechanic differences in human muscles between their far fixation work and near fixation work.Any report concerning how to utilize the differences to improve the effect of motion velocity training has not been found.This paper observed the different effects of motion velocity training by experimenting the velocity training of the upper limbs moving straight forward under the condition of different fixed working patterns.Results:the exercise of the combination of far and near fixation is more effective to increase motion velocity than the pure exercise of either far or near fixation.Also,it was revealed that the combination of exercise in the course of continuos training had important significance to increase the 'middle position' velocity.
