体育教学中引发大学生焦虑过度的原因及改善措施 被引量:15

Causes of Undergraduates' Over-anxiety in Physical Education Teaching and Measures Taken to Improve it

摘要 从体育教学过程中的各种刺激条件引起心理应激负效应分析 ,大学生形成焦虑过度的主要原因为对体育课厌学、对高难度有危险性技术缺乏信心、应试能力差、不能正确对待教师与同学的评价等 ,由此造成了消极对抗情绪等。提出在体育教学过程中 ,必须重视和加强心理健康教育 ,使学生了解心理卫生知识 ,掌握调节心理状态的手段方法 ,培养学生防御心理疾病的能力和自我心理调控能力 。 The negative effects of psychological stress caused by various stimulations in physical education teaching were analyzed. The main reasons for inducing over-anxiety in the undergraduates are being tired of physical education courses, being lack of confidence in finishing more difficult and dangerous movements, being short of ability to take an examination as well as adopting incorrect attitude toward the evaluation of teachers and classmates, which result in the passive resistance etc. It was advanced that in the process of physical education teaching education of mental health should be stressed and strengthened combined with education in sport so that the students will understand the knowledge of psychological health and will master the measures and methods to regulate their mental state. The students' ability to prevent psychological diseases and the mental self-control ability should be brought up, so that they will become a new generation both in body and mind.
