摘要
随着社会的发展 ,社会对体育人才的需求逐年呈上升趋势 ,体育人才也从计划经济时代的单一方向向适应市场经济需求转变。针对这些变化和市场的需求 ,体育教育专业的改革应设立多样化的培养目标和专业设置 ,增加社会体育专业与残障人体育专业方向 ,逐步要求做到“人无我有”、“人有我强”。体育教育专业的改革 ,培养目标的修订、专业方向的设置和课程体系的改造是重点 。
With the development of the society the requirement of the sports talent by the society is increasing year by year. The sports talent is changing from the singleness of the planned economy to the requirement suitable to the market economy. In allusion to the change and requirement of the market the diversification of the training purpose and various specialties should be set up in the reform of the physical education specialty. The specialties of social sport and sport for physical disabilities should be added so as to 'have those others haven't' and 'be stronger than others'. The reform of the physical education specialty, the revision of the training purpose, the setup of the specialties, the reconstruction of the curriculum system are the focus points and the adjustment of the organizational structure is the key.
