摘要
本文报道了农药氯氰菊酯和马拉硫磷在不同pH和温度水溶液中的水解动态。研究结果表明,它们的水解动态基本符合一级动力学反应。并且发现,氯氰菊酯在水溶液中的水解速率远比马拉硫磷慢,但pH和温度对二者的水解效应相似,证明氯氰菊酯的水解机制与马拉硫磷相同,属于亲核反应。作者通过综合评价氯氰菊酯在环境中的残留和毒性,认为它在农业上的大量使用不会造成水生环境的污染。
The hydrolysis dynamics of cypermethrin and malathion in waters of different pH values and temperatures was investigated. The results showed that the hydrolysis dynamics of these pesticides accorded with the first-order kinetics, but the hydrolysis rate of cypermethrin in water was much slower than that of malathion. AS the hydrolysis rate of cypermethrin was increased with the raising of pH and temperature as that of malathion, it proved that the hydrolysis mechanism of cypermethrin, the same as that of malathion, was nucleophilic reaction. The authors considerlit is impossible to pollute the aquatic environment as cypermethrin applied to crops.
