摘要 根据预应力混凝土碳素钢丝的承载特点,测定了固定最小循环应力下应力范围对疲劳寿命的关系曲线。对疲劳强度的统计特性进行了分析,并验证了Miner法则。 作者通过三种不同强度级别碳素钢丝疲劳性能的比较,得出一些重要结论,这对选用以承受疲劳载荷为主的预应力混凝土的钢丝强度级别具有指导意义。 此外,还通过扫描电镜对钢丝断口进行了分析,并对钢丝的裂纹萌生、扩展、断裂韧度及疲劳机理进行了探讨。 According to the loading characteristics of carbon steel wire in prestressed concrete, the S-Ncurve, the stress range (S_(max)-S_(min)) vs fatigue life under constant minimum cyclic stress is determinedin this peper. The statistical characters of fatigue strength are also analyzed,together with the verifica-tion that the Miner rule is in the main applicable to carbon steel wire. Some important conclusions areobtained by the authors through comparing carbon steel wirel's fatigue behaviour of three differentstrength levels. This will serve as a aseful guide in selecting the strength level of the steel reinforce-ments for prestressed concrete bearing chiefly fatigue loadings. In addition fractography of the wire istaken by scanning electron microscope,and its crack initiation, propagation anf fracture toughness aswell as fatigue mecahnism are investigated and discussed.
