摘要
综合阐明击剑运动员最佳竞技状态的内涵及其影响因素 ,列举 3种典型赛前心理状态 :赛前过度兴奋状态、赛前淡漠状态、赛前盲目自信状态 ,并分析其具体产生原因 ,并提出培养最佳赛前心理状态的具体方法 :1) .明确比赛任务、确定适宜的目标 ;2 ) .树立必胜的信心 ;3) .做好充分准备 ,分析各种利弊因素。
After expounding the conception of best sports state of fence-play athlete and influence factor , the author gives some examples of mental state in fence-play match , and analyzes the reasons . In the end ,the author puts forward ways of how to cultivate the best sports state before match for fence-ply athlete .
