摘要
塔河油田水平井由于二开裸眼段长 ,技术套管采用双级固井技术。三开为了更好地保护油气层 ,提高油气采收率 ,采用比较复杂的尾管 +筛管复合完井工艺。由于入井管串结构复杂 ,运用摩阻计算软件对稳定器最佳安放位置和下套管过程大钩载荷及摩阻进行设计计算 ,并制定了相应的配套技术措施 ,保证井下安全。同时优选水泥浆体系 ,选择合适的水泥添加剂 ,合理调整水泥浆流变性 ,提高顶替效率。通过TK1 1 2H井的现场应用 ,施工顺利 ,效果良好 ,原钻机试油日产达 1 0
Due to the long bare hole in the second drilling section for horizontal well in Tahe oilfield,the cementing of technical casing has adopted two stage method.In order to conserve the reservoir and improve the recovery in the third drilling section,the combined completion technique was used with liner and screen pipes.Because of the complicated structure of downhole casing strings,the centralizer position and hook load and friction have been calculaed with the software of computer,the other corresponding measures were also made to guarantee the downhole safety.At the same time,the slurry system and additives as well as the rheological property were optimized to improve the replacing efficiency.By using the advanced technology in the well TK112H,the cementing operation was smoothly and got the excellent efficiency,the crude oil output was about 100 tons per day that was tested with the original drilling rig.
