放射性间质性肺炎的病变规律及其机理研究 被引量:28

摘要 本实验采用203只雄性Wistar大鼠经^(60)Coγ线胸部(全胸、半胸),单次(10、30、50、70Gy)及分次(累积30、60Gy)照射。于照射后0.5,1、2、3、6、9、12个月分批活杀,通过病理学(光镜、电镜)、免疫组化、定性定量等多项指标观察结果表明:于30Gy剂量组发生了典型放射性间质性肺炎(RIP)。肺脏病变呈进行性发展,可分为四期:渗出期、肉芽生长期、纤维增生期、胶原化期。认为RIP分为四期更能较准确客观反映其病变的发生发展过程。照射后肺组织肥大细胞、Ⅱ型细胞均可能参与其肺纤维化形成。 The right or whole thorax of Wistar rat was irradiated with 60Co λ-ray including single exposure (10,30,50,70Gy) and fractional exposures(30, 60Gy). Animals from each group were sacrificed at 0.5,1,2,3,6,9,12 months after irradiation. Sections of lung were examined with light microscopy (LM), electron microscopy (EM), histochemistry and morphometry. The pulmonary changes could be divided into four phases: exudation, granulation, fibroplasia and collagenation. The four phases can exactly show the development piocess of irradiation interstitial pneumonitis. Type Ⅱ pneumocyte and mast cell may play a role in pulmonary fibrosis formation.
