摘要
本文应用酶组织化学(碱性磷酸酶血管染色法)结合体视学对成人小脑内部微血管构型及定量进行了形态计量学研究.结果如下:毛细血管的配布在各层内存在着特有的排列.小脑深核内的微血管构型显示出与核细胞的构筑相一致.描述了毛细血管与神经细胞的关系,可分为三型:1 全包绕型;2 半包绕刑;3 壁贴边犁.神经细胞与毛细血管壁之间的最短距离为3.1±0.52μm.在小叶沟底部可见到放射性排列的皮质内微静脉.本文测量了小脑皮质各层内、髓质和小脑深核内的微血管密度参数.为神经放射学、血液流变学的研究提供一定的形态计量学资料.
The microvascular architecture and quantification of human cerebellum were studied by combining enzyme histochemistry (alkaline phosphatase stain) with morphometry.The results showed that the capillary architecture in cortex was found to have a peculiar arrangement dependent on the neuronal cell layer,and that the microvascular architecture in the cerebellar deep nuclei was the same as the nuclei cell architecture.The relation between the capillary and the neuronal cell was described,and divided into three types:surrounded type,half-surrounded type and wall-by-wall type.The shortest distance between the capillary and the neuronal cell was 3.1±0.51μm.At the bottom of the folium,a radial arrangement of the cortex internal microveins was noticed.The microvascular density parameters in the cerebellum were estimated as a useful morphometric measurement data for the study of the nervous radiology and the blood hydromechanics.
