摘要
铸形法观测了成人肾星状静脉.绝大多数星状静脉结构类似,由4~6支属支构成,属支可分粗细两类.粗者直径约194.31±19.4μm,细者约83.86±10.72μm.属支起源于肾皮质中外层,直接受纳管径细小的皮质球后毛细血管及后微静脉(直径分别为8.21±0.97μm及15.14±2.20μm).通常2~3支星状静脉汇成一支小叶间静脉(直径约685.85±55.40μm).星状静脉和小叶间静脉共同构成伞骨样虹吸系统,估计成人每肾约有1500~2000支星静脉.
The stellate veins of ten adult kidneys were studied with the replica-scanning electron microscopic method.The constitution of the most stellate veins were similar.Each stellate vein consisted of four to six branches,of which two or three were larger and the others smaller.The diameter of the larger ones was about 194.31±19..54μm and that of the smaller was 83.86±10.72μm.The branches of the stellate veins originated from the outer and middle layers,draining the postglomerular capillaries and postcapillary venules,the diameters of which are thinner,8.21±0.97μm and 15.14±2.20μm respectively.The stellate veins and the interlobular veins formed a suction system.It is estimated that there were 1500~2000 stellate veins in each kidney.
