摘要
研究了在H2 SO4 介质中Ce 氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ (AsAⅢ )的褪色反应 ,加入TritonX 10 0可提高反应的灵敏度 ,褪色程度与Ce 量线性相关。基于此 ,建立了一种测定微量Ce 的新方法。结果表明 ,在 1 0mol/LH2 SO4 溶液中 ,最大吸收波长为5 15nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 1× 10 4 ,检出限为 6× 10 - 9g/mL。有色溶液的吸光度差与Ce 量在 0~ 8 0mg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,加标回收率在 98 0 %~ 10 4 1%之间。用于测定粉煤灰中的微量铈 ,结果满意。
The decolorization of arsenazo Ⅲ(AsAⅢ) oxidized by trace Ce*$ in H_2SO_4 medium has been studied,the selectivity of reaction could be improved remarkably by adding Triton X-100 and its fading rate is linear with the contents of Ce*$.Based on this,a new spectrophotometric method for determining Ce*$ was developed.The results show that the maximum absorption of the system in 1.0 mol/L H_2SO_4 solution is at 515 nm,and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.1×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),the detection limit of the method is 6×10^(-9) g/mL for Ce*$.The linear range is from 0 to 8.0 mg/L for Ce*$,and the recovery of standard solution added is 98.0%-104.1%(n=6). The present method can be applied to the determination of trace cerium in fly ash with satisfactory results.
