摘要
在小型固定流化床、小型连续流化床及中型提升管装置上进行了催化多产柴油的研究。探索了工艺参数对柴油产率和柴汽比的影响 ,进行了提升管不同位置进料的试验 ,评价了新型催化剂。试验结果表明 ,采用缓和的操作条件对多产柴油有利 ,但需与重油转化能力强、生焦低的催化剂相配合。DMC - 2催化剂为较好的催化剂之一。采用选择性裂化可使柴油产率提高 1 8个百分点。
Study on prolific diecsdel fuel by catalyst on minitype fixed fluied-bed,minitype contimous fluiedized bed and middle-sized lift leg.We probed theeffect on diesel fuel productivity and the rate of diesel fuel and gas oil of technologycal paramter,fed in different position in lift leg,and volued the new-type catalyst.The result indicted that it is good to prolific diesel fuel when the operation conditions were demulcent,but it need to work in with the catalyst that can transferm efficiently,low coking DMC-2 is one of the best catalyst.The selectivity crocking made the of productivity diecel oil highter 1.8%.
