摘要
采用倒班黑箱 ,通过对温度、噪声、光照等条件的控制 ,模拟倒班环境 ,将大鼠分为黑白颠倒组、上半夜班组、下半夜班组和正常对照组。模型组又分为调理阴阳方治疗组和生理盐水对照组。分别于倒班后第2 d、第 4 d、第 8d测定各组大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能变化。结果表明 :倒班各组大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能与正常对照组间有显著性差异 ;中药调理阴阳方有提高倒班大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。
s:In this study,we controlled light,temperature and noise to mimic a 'night shift' environment. We tested the changes in the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophage in four groups of rats__the full night shift group,the early night shift group, the late night shift group,and the control group. The results demonstrate that each night shift group showed a significant difference in the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophage when compared to the control group. Tiaoli Yinyang Fang can increase the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophage in night shift rats.\;
