摘要
目的 :探讨实验性脾、肾阳虚模型大鼠脂质过氧化与抗氧化的相关性。方法 :采用经典方法分别复制脾阳虚证和肾阳虚证动物模型。观察并对比了两种模型大鼠和相应治疗组的脂质过氧化物 (LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)以及 GSH- Px/ LPO(抗氧化能力的重要参数 )的变化。结果 :脾、肾阳虚模型大鼠 LPO含量增加 ,GSH- Px活性及 GSH- Px/ LPO比值下降 ,且组间差异显著。温补脾肾药物具有降低 LPO含量 ,提高 GSH- Px活性及抗氧化能力的作用。结论 :脂质过氧化损伤是脾。
Objective:In the article,the relations on lipid peroxidation and antioxidation with spleen\|Yang deficiency and kidney\|Yang deficiency in rat were discussed.Methods:The spleen\|Yang deficiency and kidney\|Yang deficiency in rat were setup by successive methods at the present.The changes of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) were studied in both the experimental group (model group) and control group (treatment group).GSH Px/LPO is an important reference of antioxidant activity.Its change can embody antioxidant activity of the body.Results:LPO content was higher in the experimental group than in the control group.GSH Px activity and GSH Px were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and there are differences among them.Herbs with the action of warming and replenishing spleen and kidney made the conternt of LPO decreased and the activity of GSH Px increased and the ability of antioxidation strengthened.Conclusion:damage of lipid peroxidation to biomembrane might be the common basis in physiology and pathology for spleen\|Yang deficiency and kidney\|Yang deficiency.
