摘要
加强素质教育、提高学生的能力是现代教育的重点和核心。高校体育教学也应在完成教学大纲所规定任务的基础之上,加强自我锻炼技能的培养,使学生养成良好的锻炼习惯。因此在教学过程中应多介绍一些该方面的知识和方法,使学生达到终生受益,为全民健身战略的实施打下基础。
To strengthen the quality education and improve the students' ability is the major task and core of mordern education. Physical exersise(PE) in institutions of higher education should cultivate the students' ability of self - exercise on the basis of accomplishing the tasks designed by the teaching programme so that the students can form a good habit of physical exercise. Therefore, more knowledge and techniques concerning such aspect should be introduced during the course of teaching. In doing so, the students can benefit all their lives;furthermore, it can lay a solid foundation for the scheme of physical exercise of the whole nation.
