楔横轧塑性成形虚拟设计与虚拟试验

摘要 提出了基于虚拟技术的楔轧塑性成形技术的总体思想 ,旨在简化长期以来困扰人们的楔轧塑性成形设计与试验。针对楔轧成形过程的特点 ,将虚拟样机、神经网络、CAD、有限元数值模拟、参数化和最优化等技术应用于虚拟设计与试验 ,能实现楔轧虚拟试验的预期效果 ,并实现了设备分析、模具设计、零件加工、强度分析等一体化。 The paper puts forward the overall idea of cross-wedge rolling plastic deformation trial based on virtual technology. It is intended to simplify the long obsessing design and trial on cross-wedge rolling plastic deformation. Built on the characteristics of cross-wedge rolling deforming process, virtual prototyping, neural network, CAD, Finite-element numerical simulation, Parameterization, Optimization and other relevant technologies are adopted in the virtual trial. An anticipant result of cross-wedge rolling trial is realized relatively perfectly. Meanwhile, a complete set of procedures such as equipment analysis, die design, part processing and strength analysis are fulfilled.
