摘要 大型化及小型桌面化是快速成形设备发展的两个重要趋势。控制设备成本、提高造型效率及成形精度是大型快速成形设备需要解决的关键问题。分析了研制大型熔融挤压成形设备需要解决的关键问题 ,并提出了相应的解决方案。在此基础上 ,进行了高速、低成本大型熔融挤压快速成形设备的研究与开发。工艺试验证明 ,该设备综合性能优良、工作可靠。 Develop large-scaled, rapid manufacturing aimed facilities and development desktop facilities are two most important evolution trends of the Rapid prototyping system. In order to develop a large-scaled, rapid manufacturing aimed RP system, there are several key issues that need to be solved, which including to reduce the equipment’s cost, to enhance the forming efficiency and forming precision and to improve the mechanical capability of the parts. In this study, the several issues listed above are analyzed in detail, and the research and development procedure on the large-scale MEM600-I system with high forming efficiency and low cost are expatiated. Based on the actual forming experiment, it is concluded that the MEM600-I equipment works reliably and its forming efficiency is much higher than its parallel equipments.
