摘要
1目的 探讨精神病病区内暴发腹泻的原因及预防措施。 2方法 对 16例住院精神病腹泻患者近期用药情况进行分析 ,并对其新鲜大便做细菌培养和药敏试验。 3结果 发现 16例腹泻患者中 ,有 3例正在使用头孢唑啉钠 ,7例近期使用过广谱抗生素 ,2例近期使用过泻剂 ,共占腹泻总人数的 75 % ;同时药敏分析显示 ,反复使用广谱抗生素和泻剂后 ,导致产生耐药菌株和肠道内菌群失调 ,是引起腹泻的主要原因之一。 4结论 对住院精神病患者应严格按照有关诊疗规定控制使用广谱抗生素和泻剂 ,防止产生耐药菌株 ,保护肠道内菌群平衡 。
Objective To analyze the causation and prevention of the diarrhea burst in psychiatric ward.Methods We analyzed 16 cases in patient with diarrhea burst who had taken antibiotics recently,and fecal cultures and drug sensitive test.Results 3 cases are using the cefazolin Na,7 cases have used the antibiotics recently,2 cases have used the cathartic.There is over 75.0 percent in the 16 patients.3 stains of bacteria were resistibility to cephradimum,we consider that the most important reason is the usage of ahe antibiotics and strong cathartic.Conclusion To control strictly the use of antibiotics and cathartic is necessary,in order to keep balance of the bacteria in gastrointestinal and prevent the diarrhea burst as well as the bacteria resistance in the psychiatric ward.
