摘要
研究了羧甲基纤维素经 N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联制取高吸水材料的工艺方法和产品性能,讨论了结构、交联度、溶剂用量对产品吸附性能的影响,解释了该吸水材料对水和生理盐水的吸附机理。研究表明,本工艺方法可制取水吸附保持值200~260ml/g、生理盐水吸附保持值为60~67ml/g 的产品。
A process for preparing superabsorbent material from carboxymethyl cellulose crosslinked by N-methylol acrylamide was studied.The influenes of the structure,the crosslinking degree and the amount of solvent on the absorbency of the product were discussed.The absorbing mechanism of the product for water and saline was explained.It has been found that the superabsorbency of the product can achieve a WRV of 200~260 ml/g and a SRV of 60~67 ml/g.
