摘要
根据电涡流检测原理 ,将 L uquire等人采用矢量磁位法求出的涡流检测中有限长度轴对称线圈的磁场分布格林函数的解应用到多层厚度检测中 ,提出了多层金属结构厚度涡流检测的正向问题的数学模型 ,进行了仿真研究。同时 ,采用最小二乘法与神经网络模型对由实验方法获得的检测值进行了拟合与实验验证。实验结果表明 。
Based on the eddy current testing theory,the solution of Green's function is used to find the vector potential and the impedance change model of a probe coil of rectangular cross section above a structure with an arbitrary number of parallel layers is studied in the light of the work of Luquire and others. Following this model, the thickness measurement of multi-layered configurations is investigated and the simulation programs are developed. The fitting of measurements is performed using least square method and MLP neural network and their merits are proofed by the experimental results. The agreement among calculated and observed values is within the limits of experimental error and it's obvious that the forward model and system development techniques studied are reasonable and robust.
