摘要
测量不确定度是与测量结果相关联的参数 ,表征合理赋予的被测量之值的分散性。在测量过程中存在许多可能引起测量结果的不确定度分量 ,这些分量具有不同特征 ,一般应为服从各种分布的随机变量 ,当随机变量出现非正态分布时 ,用常规方法求解会产生较大偏差。 Monte- Carlo法是利用计算机模拟生成服从各种分布规律的随机数并进行统计分析处理 。
The uncertainty is a parameter related to measurement results, which rationally indicates the dispersity of measurement value. The measurement results are affected by some uncertain factors in the process of calibration. The usual methods could cause greater errors with the uncertainty of measurement results, because some variables producted by uncertain factors maybe obey non-normal distributions. Monte-Carlo method is introduced to simulate various stochastic numbers that follow different distributions and carry on statistic processing by computer. The experiment results had proved the method was feasible and accurate.
