摘要
本文简要介绍了瑞士PL10 0 0型纳米真空离子涂膜机的结构性能与特点 ,描述了新一代涂膜机的优异功能和高水平的涂层质量。
Construction and properties of PL1000 nano-scale vacuum ion coating machine made in swiss were briefly introduced,and the excellent function of a generation of coating machina and high-quality coating were also described in this paper.
