摘要
基于煤矸石胶结料的水化产物及由水化产物构成的硅酸盐的内部结构状况与其原材料的化学组成、激发剂用量、制备工艺、养护方法等的密切关系 ,我们针对原料性质和配合比中自燃煤矸石、生石灰、二水石膏三组分的变化与胶结材料的物理力学性能关系 ,进行了较系统的研究。根据实验结果 ,提出了胶结料的合理配比、制备工艺及方法。
Because the hydration production of gangue binding material and inner structure of the calcium silicate stone made by the hydration production have close relation with them which are chemical composition of raw materials, activator dosage, preparation technics and curing methods, we have made more systemicer experimental study of the character of the raw materials and the relation between the changes of three ingredients such as hypergolic gangue, quick lime, dihydrate gypsum and the physico-mechanical performance of the binding material. According to the experimental results, this paper present the rational ingredient of the binding material, preparation technics and the rational method.
