摘要
介绍了浙江民间投资的发展现状和发展趋势 ,指出良好的投资环境、产业积聚、城镇化和基础设施改造是浙江民间投资活动蓬勃发展的重要原因和动力。同时分析了浙江民间投资活动中的问题 ,指出行业垄断、融资体系缺陷、局部地区的城市开发和房地产过热是当前的突出问题 。
After introducing the status quo and trend of the development of non-governmental investment in Zejiang Provice, this paper points out that good investment environment, industrial accumulation, urbanization and infrastructure transformation are the agents and motives for the prosperous development of non-governmental investment of Zejiang Province. Furthermore, this paper analyses the problems existing in non-governmental investing activities in Zejiang, points out that trade monopoly, lack of financing systems, the overheat in city development and real estate in some areas are the obvious problems, and puts forward some policy suggestions in terms of the problems.
