热压烧结Fe_3Al金属间化合物的结构和摩擦学特性 被引量:6

Microstructure and Tribology Properties of Hot Pressing Sintered Fe_3Al Intermetallic Material

摘要 采用机械合金化结合热压烧结的方法制备了Fe3 Al金属间化合物块体材料 ,对其烧结后的物相、力学性能、微观结构以及干滑动摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究。结果表明 ,热压烧结Fe3 Al金属间化合物材料以有序度较低的B2结构为主 ,具有较高的强度和硬度。在不同的载荷和滑动速度下具有不同的摩擦学特性 ,不同摩擦阶段的磨损机制主要包括磨粒磨损、塑性变形、裂纹萌生与扩展、微区脆性剥落以及氧化磨损等。 Fe3Al intermetallic bulk material was prepared by mechanical alloying and hot pressing. The phases of sintered samples, mechanical properties, microstructure and dry sliding friction and wear properties were studied. The results show that Fe3Al intermetallic bulk material has high hardness and strength with the main structure of B2. There are different tribology properties under different loads and sliding speeds. At different friction stages, the wear mechanisms mainly include particles wear, plastic deformation, crack nucleation and propagation, brittle split and oxidation wear.
