摘要
建构主义学习理论倡导在教学过程中以学生为中心,充分发挥学生的能动性、积极性和首创精神,教师则起组织者、指导者、帮助者和促进者的作用。传统的以运动技术为中心的健美操教学已不能充分体现当今的体育教学改革的宗旨。以建构主义学习理论为指导,分别从教学方式、教学内容、教学评价三方面提出了新的教学思路,以期为我国高校健美操教学提供新的理论依据与实践指导。
Constructivism theory study advocates focusing on students and developing their initiative,activity and creativity in teaching.The teacher just acts as organizer,indicator helper and motivator.The traditional aerobics dance teaching focusing on sport technology can not fully reflect the idea of present physical education teaching reform.With the guidance of constructivism theory study,the authors put forward new ideas in teaching pattern,teaching content and teaching evaluation,and expect to supply new theoretical basis and practicing instruction for college aerobics dance teaching.
