摘要
以胍尔豆胶和植物淀粉的改性产品为原料,研制出了增粘剂GFZ。考察了剪切速率、GFZ含量、温度、体系pH值对GFZ溶液粘度的影响,并与其他增粘剂进行了比较。结果表明,含量低的GFZ溶液属假塑性非牛顿流体,其粘度随GFZ含量增加而增加,随温度升高而缓慢下降,具有很强的耐酸碱性,GFZ是一种高效低廉的新型增粘剂。
A new tackifier GFZ was developed using the modified product of guar gum and plant starch as raw material. The effects of shearing rate, GFZ content, temperature, system pH value on the viscosity of GFZ solution were studied, and the properties and cost of GFZ were compared with that of other tackifiers. The results showed that the content GDZ solution was pseudoplastic Newtonian fluid, its viscosity increased with GFZ content increasing and decreased slowly with temperature increasing, and it had strong acid - alkali resistance. GFZ was a new tackifier with high effectiveness and low cost.
