摘要
本研究选用聚四氟乙烯悬浮液为主要原料,通过添加一些填料对其进行改性,在铸铁试样表面喷涂成型,制备了性能优良的不粘性涂料;并且确定了改性聚四氟乙烯涂层的涂装工艺。采用红外光谱、X射线衍射和透射电镜对涂层的组成和结构进行了分析。试验结果表明:研制得的改性聚四氟乙烯涂层具有优良的不粘性、耐磨性、附着力、耐蚀性、耐高温性等综合性能。
Some filler was chosen to modify Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) suspension in this research. The modified PTFE coating was painted at surface of cast iron, which can be used as anti adherence coating of dryers etc. The painting technique of modified PTFE coating was obtained by repeatability experiments. The structure and component of coating were analyzed by FTIR spectra, X ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that modified PTFE coating has several outstanding properties such as anti adherence, wear resistance, anti corrupt and excellent performance at high temperature.
