摘要
采用盆栽的试验方法 ,研究了重金属锌 (Zn)对白菜各营养品质指标的影响。结果表明 ,Zn不仅极显著影响白菜地上部生物量及Zn吸收量 ,还显著影响白菜叶绿素、维生素C、还原糖、粗蛋白、粗纤维等各营养品质指标。
The effects of heavy metal Zn on nutrition quality indicators of non-heading Chinese cabbage were investigated with pot culture. The significant correlation between Zn content and the yield of non-heading Chinese cabbage, Zn accumulation in cabbage, the nutrition quality indicators of non-heading Chinese cabbage including chlorophyll, Vitamin C, reducing sugar, crude protein and crude fiber was found.
