摘要 在铁基形状记忆合金中加入铬和镍以增加合金的形状记忆效应和提高其耐腐蚀性。较详细地研究了合金成分、预变形方式及训练对FeMnSiCrNi合金形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明:Fe 14Mn 6Si 9Cr 5Ni成分的合金具有较佳的形状记忆效应;合金的形状记忆效应随预变形量的增加而下降;合金经训练后形状记忆效应大幅度提高,特别是第一次训练的效果最显著。 Some Cr and Ni were added to Fe-based shape memory alloy in order to increase shape memory effect of this alloy and raise corrosion-resistance. The effect of composition prestrain and training on the shape memory effect of this alloy was studied. The results show that alloy Fe-14Mn-6Si-9Cr-5Ni (3~# alloy) had the fine shape memory effect and that shape memory effect of the alloy decreased with the increase of prestrain. After alloy passed the training, the shape memory effect would be raised markedly, in especial the first training would yield notable results.
