摘要
通过对我国中小软件企业现状的分析,从市场定位、合作、开拓国际市场及融资等几个方面探讨了企业在发展中应采取的策略。通过有效的合作和融资,国内、国际市场两条腿走路,使中小软件企业逐步向集约化、标准化、规模化方向发展。
This paper surveys and analyzes current status of domestic small and medium software companies. Relevant strategies are proposed and discussed in aspects of such as market positioning, cooperation, international market development and financing. By effective co-operation and financing, the companies can develop in balance both abroad and at home towards intensification, standardization and scale.
