摘要
在Hele-Shaw近似下采用有限元/有限差分混合法求解粉末注射成型充填过程,有限元法处理中面离散,厚度方向使用有限差分,运用控制体积法追踪运动边界,压力方程和能量方程顺序求解,实现了复杂型腔充填过程温度场、压力场和速度场的数值仿真,得到了较有价值的流场数值分析结果。
A FEM/FDM method is used to mold the powder Injection molding under the Hele-Shaw approximation while the control volume method dealing with the moving boundary,the mid-surface is discretized by FEM,and the gapwise (direction) is discretized by finite difference method,the pressure equation and the energy equation are solved sequentially,(valuable) datas can be generated numerically for the simulation of temperaure,pressure and velocity fields.
