摘要
在叶面喷施一定量硫的条件下,配合喷施不同水平的硒,研究大蒜的硒(Se)营养及硒硫(Se-S)交互作用。分析测试了大蒜蒜头11种营养元素和4种品质组分,并对试验结果进行了主成分提取(PCA)和因子分析(FA)。结果表明,矿质主因子模型解释了试验总方差的83.527%,通过对蒜头营养品质与矿质主因子问的线性关系模拟,发现11种营养元素可划分为与品质密切相关的公因子——蒜素因子(X1)、硒因子(X2)、维生素C因子(X3)。硒、硫及其配合喷施通过对大蒜相应矿质营养的促进而改善了大蒜的有机硒、硒有机化率、维生素C和大蒜素营养品质状况。在土壤有效硒、硫供应比较充足的条件下,喷施中低量的硒(Na2SeO320-40 mg·L-1)配合一定量的硫肥[(NH4)2SO4 2500 mg·L-1]效果最好,即硒硫比例大致为1:125~62.5时最佳。
The nutritional function of different Se levels and the Se - S interaction were studied on the condition of spraying fixed S and different level Se on the garlic (Allium sativum L. ). 11 mineral elements, 4 kinds of quality components were determined. The trial data were analyzed by the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Factor Analysis ( FA). The result showed, the main mineral factors ( X1, X2, X3) model accounted for 83. 572% of the total variation in the data. The linearity relation between the nutritional quality and main mineral factors were simulated, and the relation showed 11 mineral elements could be divided into 3 common factors (allicin factor, Se factor and Vitamin C factor) which significantly related to the garlic quality. Se, S and Se - S cooperated spraying improved the garlic nutrition quality ( organic Se, ratio of organic Se, vitamin C and allicin) by increasing mineral nutrition. And if the available Se and S were sufficient in the soil, the positive effects of S nutrition under the low and medium level Se (Na2SeO3 20 -40 mg·L-1 ) cooperated with the fixed level S [ (NH4)2SO4 2500 mg· L-1] were found, namely the Se - S proportion were about 1: 125 -62. 5.
