摘要
目的 :应用动物实验的方法研究中药的归经理论。方法 :以脾虚小鼠为模型 ,给小鼠连续灌服白术、茯苓后 ,测定动物各脏器组织MDA ,SOD ,NO的水平 ,观察比较中药对组织器官选择性的影响 ,进而与传统医学归经理论加以比较。结果 :白术、茯苓无论对正常小鼠还是脾虚模型小鼠的各脏器组织的MDA ,SOD ,NO含量或活性的影响均具有一定的选择性。结论 :白术、茯苓的选择性影响和作用与传统归经理论有密切的相关性。
Objective: The research was designed to study t he meridian tropism theory of traditional Chinese drug through experiments in anim als. Method: We used the mouse model of deficient spleen as t he object. After administering Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos respectively, we measured the indexes of MDA, SOD, NO to observe the effec ts of the drugs on various organs and compared the results w ith the traditional meridian tropism theory. Result: The two d rugs had selective effects on the quantity or activity of MDA, SOD, NO in the organs for the normal group and the model group. Conclusion: The selective influence of the two drugs has close relativity with the tradition al meridian tropism theory. [
