摘要
目的 :研究葛根素对红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的防护作用。方法 :采用 3种活性氧产生体系诱发脂质过氧化为实验模型 ,观察了葛根素对膜脂质过氧化作用的防护作用。结果 :葛根素对黄嘌呤 黄嘌呤氧化酶系统、H2 O2 及UV照射三种方法引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的生成增加均有抑制作用 ,其作用呈剂量依赖性 ,IC50 分别为 16.95、14 .44和 14 .90mg/L。结论
Objective: To investigate the effect of puerarin on lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane induced by radicals. Methods: The lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane induced by radicals derived from three radicals generation systems models was measured by thiobarbituric acid spectrophotmetry. Results: Puerarin dose dependently inhibited the increases of MDA in the membranes exposed to xanthine xanthine oxidase system, H 2O 2 or UV light. The IC 50 were 16.95, 11.44, 14.90mg/L, respectively. Conclusion: Puerarin can protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidative damage induced by radicals.
