摘要
提出应用相似理论中的量纲分析法改进液体润滑状态下滑动轴承摩擦因数方程 ,得出摩擦特性数与承载量系数之间的量纲 1的方程 ,从而建立与油膜厚度较为直接的关系 ,解决了通过测量摩擦特性数以求取最小油膜厚度的问题 ,采用模型试验方法测定并建立了摩擦特性数与承载量系数和油膜厚度与承载量系数之间的关系 ,并指出其实用价值。
The dimension analysis based on the similarity theory was applied to a radial hydrodynamic lubrication bearing to improve the frictionfactor equation of a sliding bearing. The improved equation on the frictionfactor and the capacity coefficient was obtained by selecting a reasonable similarity module, which established the relationships between the oil film thickness and the frictionfactor, as well as the capacity coefficient. The oil film thickness could be then obtained by the equation. By model tests of a radial hydrodynamic lubrication bearing, the curves on the relationship between the frictionfactor and capacity coefficient, and that between the oil film thickness and the capacity coefficient were also obtained.
