摘要
分析了与电子调速器调速性能有关的主要因素 ,针对汽油机空载转速波动大、难于调控的问题 ,采用提高采样分辨率和调节精度以及自适应控制的方法提高电子调速器的调速性能。试验结果表明 ,电子调速器调速效果良好 ,空载转速波动范围能控制在 0 .5 %左右。
The application of electronic speed regulator to a gasoline engine was studied in this paper. The main factors related to speed regulating performance of a regulator were analyzed. In consideration of a high fluctuation at idle speed and difficult to be regulated for a gasoline engine, the methods of increasing sampling resolution, regulating precision, and adaptive control were adopted in order to improve the regulating performance of the regulator. The regulator consists of a numeric controller (single chip microprocessor) and an electronic servo (stepper motor). The tested results showed that the regulating performance of the electronic speed regulator was fine and its revolution fluctuation at idle running condition was 0.5%.
