摘要
基于复合齿轮泵结构和工作原理以及分类原则 ,给出了第二类复合齿轮泵在标准和修正齿形条件下的几何流量脉动率公式 ,搭建了试验测试系统 ,实测了复合齿轮泵和普通外啮合齿轮泵的压力脉动 ,并作了分析和比较 ,表明复合齿轮泵的几何流量脉动率 (1.0 4 % )和压力脉动率 (1.15 %~ 2 .12 % )远远小于同齿数的外齿轮泵(10 %~ 15 % )
The structure, operation principle and classification rule of a compound gear pump were presented in the paper, in which the formulas of geometrical flow pulsating rate of the second type compound gear pump was deduced under the condition of stand and modified tooth form. A compound gear pump was designed and manufactured and its experimental system was established to measure the pressure pulse of the compound gear pump and general outer gear pump. The results from analysis and comparison concluded that the geometrical flow and pressure pulsating rate were far less than those of identical numbers of teeth of outer gear pump (10%-15%).
